Our Coventry dog walking service is our most established. We have an excellent reputation as one of the best and most reliable dog walking services in the area winning the "Best Dog Walking Company - West Midlands" at the Midlands Enterprise Awards.

We know Coventry and where to find all the lovely field walks for your dogs. These are away from traffic and lots of other animals; we use lots of local spaces including Tile Hill Wood, Coundon Wedge, Wyken Croft and Coombe Abbey for dog walking.

Our Coventry team also cover Meriden, Berkswell and Wolston and Ryton on Dunsmore.

Our Coventry dog walking service has been split into two areas to cope with the demand. The east side of Coventry is managed by Sheila Irvine. Sheila has a long-standing love of dogs, particularly Great Dane's. She has been a dog fosterer for local rescue centres and a volunteer dog walker. Sheila shares her life with the beautiful, gentle giant Nova.

Heidi Walker manages the west side of Coventry. Heidi has always had a love for animals all shapes and size. Her passion for all things living led her to study Zoology at Liverpool John Moores University achieving a high 2.1 degree. She has experience caring for all kinds of creatures ranging from Madagascan hissing cockroaches and Giant African Land Snails to Eurasian Beavers and Striped Skunks. As well as this she has 15 years' experience with dogs of all sizes, at the moment she has a Staffordshire bull terrier cross and a very large Romanian Shepard cross (cross with a horse maybe!)

As with all of our teams, the Coventry dog walkers like to get to know your dog before we agree to take them out on our group or solo walks. The team, therefore, offer a free consultation with you and your pet. This is where we take all your pets details; we need any information about their quirks, temperament and how they interact with other dogs and people. It is essential that you tell as much as possible so that we can take the best care of your pet. We'll also need to know if your pets have any medical conditions that we need to be aware of, arthritis for example.

We will keep you updated on Twitter and Facebook and via Whatsapp so you can see your dog is happy in our care.

Dog Walking

On all of our group walks, we will only walk a maximum of 4 dogs at any one time. We feel if we have any more dogs in a group we cannot give your pet the attention they need or walk them safely.

We also try to ensure we walk dogs of a similar energy level and temperament together, we know how intimated some smaller dogs can be by larger boisterous dogs, and how full on small dogs can be wanting to play - these are all things we take into consideration. However, dogs are individuals, and in many cases, the Chihuahua's decide they love the Great Danes!

Dog walking can be for 30 or 60 minutes. We use local fields, parks and woodland so your dog can have a good run, burn off some energy and stimulate their senses.

We only walk dogs off leads with your permission, and only once we feel we have built a bond with them. Your pet's safety is our primary concern.

Solo dog walks

We offer one to one walks, these are usually for more nervous dogs, dogs recovering from injury or elderly dogs who just want to stretch their legs, sniff some grass and have some fresh air and a gentle wander. Solo walks are available before 10.30am or after 2.30pm.

Puppy visits

They are cute and adorable but require a lot of love and attention. While you're at work we can visit your new puppy to ensure they maintain their routine. We can let them out in the garden so they can go to the toilet, we will clear up any accidents and change bedding if necessary, most importantly we can give them some playtime and love so they don't miss you too much.

Dog visits

If your dog is old or recovering from an illness and you don't feel they want to walk far but would still like some company we will go in and visit them. We can take them on a little walk or let them potter in the garden. We can offer treats or food and administer any medication. Most importantly, we can sit with them, play with them and give them some well-deserved fuss.

This service is not appropriate if you are going on holiday, dogs need company so we do not offer dog visits as an alternative to home boarding.

cat SITTING

It is well known that cats do not deal well with change. Like many pets, they like their creature comforts and a routine and surroundings they feel comfortable in. Cats can become distressed in catteries because of this, we offer an alternative to give you peace of mind and keep your cat purring whilst you are working or away.

We will discuss your cat's individual needs with you but can visit up to twice a day, feed them, let them in, let them out, change their litter tray, ensure they have fresh water and give them some love and attention. We can also set automatic feeders up to cover one of their daily feeds.

We can also pick up your post, draw the curtains and make sure your house is secure whilst you are away.

pet care FOR SMALL ANIMALS

Our small animal visit service means your pets surroundings remain the same eliminating stress for them, it also means they avoid any illness by moving them to a strange environment.

We can also look after pets on your small holding allowing you to go on holiday and not worry about your animals. We can visit your small animals once or twice a day; we will feed them, stroke them, change their water and clean them out.

We can let them out to play (if appropriate) we will tailor the service to your individual pets needs and your requirements.

If needed we can also pick up your post, water your plants, close and open the curtains and ensure your home is more secure.

pet taxi

Our trained teams can transport your pet in our custom modified vehicles, your pet will be safe in your usual carry box, they will have a comfy bed and plenty of room to sleep as well as access to fresh water and food or treats (if allowed)

This service is perfect for vet visits and vet referrals. You are welcome to come with your pet or we can collect them for you.
